"Lily Pickles of Holmfirth" - traditional homemade pickles, chutneys and preserves

With Autumn now upon us we are taking advantage of the season "of mists and mellow fruitfullness" to make a range of chutneys and preserves using seasonal fruits. The first out of the maslin pan is traditional Quince jelly. It not only looks beautiful but has a wonderful perfume.

Lily's Crabapple Jelly is proving to be very popular with many customers saying that they have not tasted real crabapple jelly for many years.

Lily's Autumn Fruit Chutney is popular again this year and uses blackberries from the Holme and Colne valleys.
